Hello and welcome! After a successful 15-year journey in financial audit and risk management in the corporate world, I’ve decided to make a significant career shift and take that leap of faith and follow my true passion in community management.

I discovered my passion in community management when I purchased my first condo. I had little knowledge of what an HOA was about other than paying my monthly dues. My motivation stemmed from a desire to understand why our community seemed to be neglected. It wasn’t until I attended my first board meeting. Although our building was built in the 1980s, the building was enduring more than the normal wear and tear, it reached a point where the signs of neglect were too much to ignore. My initial experience was a bit intimidating because I didn’t know what to expect nor knew the board members or the manager. There wasn’t much information or communication about the community at the time. Nonetheless, they welcomed me as “the first young and concerned attendee in a long while.” After attending several subsequent meetings, eventually, I was invited to join the board, which marked the beginning of a transformative journey.

Through my board involvement, I had the opportunity to witness substantial progress and direct impactful changes accomplished for over 6 years as President, all the while working full time. It was during this period that I discovered my passion for community management and my aptitude for effective execution. Witnessing the tangible results and the transformation of our efforts was so fulfilling. It was at this juncture that I realized my calling to pursue this path independently and to help other communities to thrive as well.

My visionary approach to community management is to introduce a modern-day process for today’s modern communities. We aspire to redefine your perception of how a community should be run and show a new way of doing things along with a sense of harmony within your community.
